Conn's establishes a multistate logistics distribution center in Houston, Texas.

Conn's, a specialty retailer located in the United States, is expanding its operations with the launch of a 656,658ft2 multistate logistics distribution center.

The facility, which is located in Houston, Texas, is part of the company's broader expansion and development plan.

The multi-purpose building will work as a warehouse, distribution center, office, clearing center, and product pick-up location.

Conn's will use the facility to support future expansion and improve customer service and satisfaction while serving 20 to 45 shops.

In addition, the corporation intends to merge the activities of current warehouses and service centers in the Houston region into the new site.

"This new distribution center will help us to simplify our operations and better serve our clients in the surrounding Houston region," stated Conn's chair and CEO Norm Miller.

"Conn's HomePlus is devoted to continuing economic growth and expansion across our beautiful home state of Texas."

Gaming Market

This year, the business launched six showrooms in Texas and plans to build three more before the end of the year.

The American specialty store revealed plans to build two additional sites in Birmingham, Alabama earlier this month.The first of two locations debuted last week, and the second will open on September 28th.

Conn's HomePlus, headquartered in Houston, presently runs over 133 retail sites in 14 states.

It sells furniture and accessories, regular and speciality mattresses, refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, internet-ready televisions, gaming market, PCs, printers, and accessories.
